CEO
Bradley J. Wiskirchen is the CEO of Keynetics and its subsidiaries ClickBank and Kount.
Wiskirchen joined Keynetics in 2005. His skills and experience in business, technology, and law give Keynetics an edge in strategic planning and negotiation in the Internet sector. Under his guidance Keynetics has become one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest privately held technology companies. Kount has become the premier fraud prevention solution for card-not-present merchants, and affiliate marketing giant ClickBank has grown to be one of the world’s largest online retailers.
Among his many industry and community involvements, Wiskirchen is the co-founder and former Chair of the Idaho Software Employers Alliance (ISEA). ISEA is a partnership between business and Boise State University designed to expand the economic vitality of Idaho by increasing the availability of skilled software professionals and promoting the opportunities available in the state’s rapidly growing software industry. Additionally, Wiskirchen has held board positions with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Boise State University Office of Technology Transfer, FUNDSY, Discovery Center of Idaho, Intermountain Venture Forum, and many other organizations.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Wiskirchen was a partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart, where he managed the firm's Business Entities and Transactions Practice Group. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and licensing, and debt and equity financings.

CTO
Greg Lems is Chief Technology Officer at ClickBank.
Lems joined ClickBank in 2005. He has a B.S.E.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. His emphasis on close communication and agility in IT processes has brought new ClickBank functionality to market quickly. Under his direction the IT infrastructure and applications at ClickBank have grown to be scalable and reliable to meet the needs of ClickBank’s ever-increasing network of affiliates and vendors.
Prior to joining ClickBank, Lems was VP of Healthcare Solutions at bConnected and was responsible for the design and implementation of systems that were responsible for the processing of millions of patient records annually. Prior to that he managed the ad serving group at Excite@Home/Matchlogic, which served over one billion internet ad transactions per day. Greg also spent seven years developing CAD/CAM software at EDS/Unigraphics.

VP of Operations
Jennifer Johannsen is Vice President of Operations for ClickBank.
Johannsen joined ClickBank in January 2000. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Boise State University. In 2004, Johannsen was promoted to VP of Operations where she oversees the Client and Customer Service teams and the Security Department.
Prior to ClickBank, Johannsen was in restaurant management and also worked in sales and distribution for various local Idaho companies.
VP of Business Data Services
Jeffrey C. Leget is Vice President of Business Data Services for ClickBank.
Leget joined ClickBank in 2005. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado State University. He uses his engineering skills to develop cost-effective, resilient, fault-tolerant system architectures that support ClickBank’s aggressive business model. During his tenure, ClickBank’s business architecture has undergone a dramatic transformation to ensure its capabilities and stability well into the future.
Prior to joining ClickBank, Leget was the Director of Application Support Services at Corporate Express, now Staples, where he managed the company’s numerous proprietary sales, warehouse management, and e-commerce applications. When not training for triathlons or marathons, Jeff continues to develop solutions that expand and integrate ClickBank’s varied business systems.

Vice President, Client Development
Kate Wallace is the VP of Client Development at ClickBank.
Wallace joined ClickBank in 2010 and is responsible for the client-facing strategies for growth and the optimization of the business relationships that make ClickBank an industry leader in digital product e-commerce. Kate is responsible for managing both the Premier and Apex programs, directed at the company's largest vendor and affiliate accounts, as well as the Client Support and International Focus teams. She holds a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and an M.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. Wallace is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Agile ScrumMaster, and a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. Prior to joining ClickBank, Wallace worked for Hewlett Packard for over ten years in various roles including Development, Marketing, Business Development, and Professional Services. She has been a certified Project Manager for over fifteen years and has managed a broad variety of enterprise-wide projects and quality improvement efforts at Fortune 500 companies. Wallace is an avid Idaho outdoors enthusiast who enjoys road and mountain biking, running, and backpacking, as well as independent movies and music.
Vice President of Accounting
Rachelle E. Brower is the Vice President of Accounting for parent company, Keynetics and its subsidiaries ClickBank and Kount.
Brower joined Keynetics in February 2002. She has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Idaho, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has been instrumental in the development of payment processing relationships, foreign currency conversion, accounting and finance system implementation, cash management strategies, cost oversight and reduction processes, internal controls, and equity plan administration. She also manages the banking, audit, tax, and valuation relationships for the company and plays a key role in the advancement of Keynetics financial infrastructure.
Brower is an active member of the Keynetics Charitable Contribution and Employee Recognition Committees.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Brower worked for Arthur Andersen LLP from 1995 through 2000, auditing publicly traded and privately held organizations, and preparing companies for IPO. In 2000, she co-founded an internet company that delivered online solutions for property management companies nationwide. She continues to be a strong advocate for entrepreneurial endeavors by supporting individuals in their pursuit of innovation.

Director, Business Development
Neil Hartley is the Director of Business Development for ClickBank.
Hartley joined ClickBank as Director of Business Development in 2010 and is responsible for ClickBank's alliances with affiliate and vendor organizations worldwide. He holds an M.Eng (Hons) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology in the UK.
Prior to ClickBank, Hartley was CEO of software startup Leximancer, where he took the company from incubator stage to significant revenue. He also established Leximancer as a thought leader in the customer insight space. Previously, Hartley served as UK Country Manager for leading global analytics software developer SPSS Inc. where he drove significant year-on-year software license growth and was Vice President of European Operations for Requisite Technology, a VC-backed e-commerce company that was acquired in 2005.
Director of Risk Operations
Tom Denig is the Director of Risk Operations for ClickBank.
Denig joined ClickBank in 2001. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia. At ClickBank he oversees a team that includes product management and risk control. Working with Kount's fraud control solution, as well as an internally developed quality control console, he works to substantially reduce losses due to fraud, minimize exposure with external regulators, and increase the quality of ClickBank's portfolio of products.
Prior to joining ClickBank, Denig was the warehouse and shipping manager at HomeandStyle.net, an Indonesian import company. When away from work, Denig enjoys telemark skiing, surfing, mountain biking, running, and Yahtzee.
Director, Human Resources
Kate Lenz is Director, Human Resources at Kount, ClickBank, and parent company Keynetics.
Lenz joined Keynetics in 2005. She attended Brigham Young University and maintains Professional, Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Lenz is responsible for all recruiting, retention programs and employee benefit vendor selection and management for the Keynetics family. She has ten years of human resources experience in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Keynetics, Lenz was a Human Resources Manager with Plexus, an electronic manufacturing services provider where she worked for eight years overseeing all local recruitment and staffing needs for a team of 500+ employees.
